Bringing home a new baby is an exciting and precious time, but also challenging. Sometimes there are unexpected complications during or after the birth. It’s a big adjustment individually, with your partner, and with your baby. It’s a beautiful, sacred time to bond in the first few months after birth, and the most important thing is to help everyone feel nurtured and supported during the transition. I’m here to come alongside you and facilitate a safe space in ways that work best for you and your family.

I’m so glad you’re here! I invite you to take a deep, full breath and acknowledge the courage it took to seek support in this transition. Your needs are valid and never selfish, and I’m here to help ease some of the burdens you might be carrying. As a mom of three that’s had unique birth experiences, I can meet you where you are with a wide range of knowledge and compassion.
